01 · Founding

Twelve years inside the brokerage.

Jules started in real estate as a personal assistant at a local RE/MAX Brokerage. Six years there. Then six more years as Director of Brokerage Services at the same RE/MAX Brokerage, running the compliance department and the property management department, onboarding new agents in AppFiles, averaging 350 closures a year as Transaction Manager. She founded Jules Transactions to serve a wider set of agents with more personal support, and to gain the flexibility she needs as a mom of two boys, Jack and Liam, and a proud dog mom to Charlie.

02 · The symbol

She turns toward the light.

The Jules Transactions sunflower mark.

Every culture that’s claimed the sunflower has claimed the same biological fact. A flower with one imperative: keep its face turned toward the sun. Devotion in Greek myth. Resilience in Ukrainian fields. Quiet visibility for people who carry the green-lanyard sunflower. One movement. Every tradition reads its own value into it.

Jules turns toward the file the way the flower turns toward the sun. Deadlines. Signatures. Title work. The compliance line on page seven. She watches the work the agent can’t afford to look at, so the agent gets to look at what comes next. The next listing. The next showing. The next client.

The mark stays because the work stays the same.
