A note on wire instructions and fraud.

Wire fraud is the highest-risk vector on a Florida residential transaction. Once we open a file, I will only send wire instructions through the closing agent’s secured portal or by hand-delivery. Wire instructions never travel as the body of an email. If anything in the wire-instruction chain changes mid-transaction, the wire stops and we re-verify on a phone call to a number I have already given you in writing, never a number drawn from the wire instructions themselves.

If you receive an email claiming to be from me with wire instructions or any change to wire details, do not act on it. Pick up the phone and call me at 407-432-2961. Verify in voice before any money moves.
